What you type into our forms

When you use a contact or booking form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service address, the service you need and anything you write in the message box. We ask only for what we need to answer you and get a technician to the right place. If a field is optional, you can leave it blank and we will still reply.

Details about the job you ask about

If you ask for a sweep, an inspection or a repair, we note the service requested, the appointment details and what the technician found or did at the property. Photos or notes taken during a visit are kept with that job record so we can answer questions about it later.

Calls, texts and emails

When you call, text or email us, we have your phone number or email address, the date and time of the contact, and what was said or written. The office may add short notes to your record, for example the address of the chimney and what you are seeing or smelling, so the technician arrives prepared.

Cookies and basic site analytics

Like most websites, this one uses cookies and similar tools to keep pages working and to measure basic traffic: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site or search that sent you here. This is general usage data, not a file about you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.

This policy takes effect October 15, 2026. If any part of it is unclear, email info@archimneypros.com and we will explain it in plain terms.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to answer you, book the visit, do the work and tell you what is happening.

Answering and scheduling

Replying to your question or request

The first use of your information is simple: to reply. We read what you sent, call or email you back, ask anything we need to understand the chimney, and explain how a visit would be scoped.

Send us a message
Booking and routing the technician

Your address, phone number and the service requested go into our schedule so a technician can be assigned and routed to the property on the agreed day. Access notes you give us, such as gate codes or parking instructions, are used only for that visit.

Doing the work and keeping the record

During the job we record what was checked, what was found and what was done. That record lets us answer later questions about your chimney, pick up where we left off on a staged repair, and send you documentation you can keep.

Estimates, invoices and payment

We use your contact and job details to send estimates, invoices and receipts, and to handle any follow up about them. Payment details are handled through the payment method you choose and are not published or used for marketing.

Messages we send you

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Once a visit is booked, we may confirm it, remind you the day before, or let you know a technician is on the way. These messages go to the phone number or email address you gave us for the job.

See our text messaging terms
Messages about work in progress

If a repair runs in stages, if weather moves a rooftop visit, or if the technician needs a decision from you, we contact you about it. These are service messages tied to your job, not promotions.

Reminders and other optional messages

If you ask us to, we can remind you when a seasonal sweep or inspection is due. Those optional messages are sent only to people who asked for them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Stopping messages from us

Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. For email, reply and tell us, or use the unsubscribe link where one is present. We will still contact you about an appointment you have already booked unless you ask us to cancel it.

Keeping your contact details current

If your phone number, email address or service address changes, tell us and we will update your record. Working from an old number is the most common reason a confirmation or arrival message does not reach a homeowner.

Update your details

Running and protecting the site

Keeping the website working

Technical data such as device type, browser and server logs is used to keep pages loading, to block spam form submissions and to spot problems with the site.

How we store and protect information
Understanding how the site is used

Analytics tell us which pages homeowners read and where they drop off, so we can write clearer service pages. We look at these numbers in aggregate rather than tracking one person's browsing.

Legal and safety reasons

We may use or keep information when the law requires it, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect our rights, our crew, our customers or the public from harm or fraud.

What we do not do with your information

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact details. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages, calls and consent

If we text you, it is because you asked us to. These are the terms that apply.

We text only with your consent

We send text messages only to people who have given consent, for example by ticking the box on a form, texting us first, or telling the office that texting is the best way to reach you. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of getting a quote or booking work.

Ask us to call or text you
What our texts are about

Texts cover appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival windows, questions about the job, follow up after a visit, and any seasonal reminder you have asked for.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on how many appointments you have booked and how much back and forth a job needs. There is no set number of messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Those charges come from your carrier, not from us.

How to opt out: reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. You may receive one final message confirming the opt out. You can still call or email us afterwards, and you can opt back in by texting us again or telling the office.

How to get help: reply HELP

Reply HELP to any message and we will reply with contact details so you can reach a person. You can also call 720-608-7668 in Lakewood, 720-791-2430 in Arvada, or email us.

Your mobile number stays with us

Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing. The only parties that handle your number are the providers that help us send and receive messages on our behalf, and they may use it only to deliver that service.

Who we share information with
Phone calls and voicemail

When you call the office we see your number and keep notes about what you asked for. If you leave a voicemail, we keep it until the job or question is resolved. Ask us to delete a voicemail or call note at any time.

See your choices and rights
Delivery is outside our control

Carriers can delay or fail to deliver text messages, and we have no control over that. If an appointment matters, call us to confirm rather than relying on a text arriving.

Sharing, storage and security

Who else sees your information, how long we keep it and how it is protected.

Who we share information with

The short version: nobody buys your details from us, and the companies that help us run the site and our scheduling are bound to keep them confidential.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to other companies so they can advertise to you. The information you give us is used to run your job and communicate with you about it.

Read the text messaging terms
Providers that help us run the website

Our website host, form handler and analytics tool process data on our behalf so the site can load, deliver your message to us and report basic traffic. They may use that information only to provide the service to us.

Scheduling and communication tools

We use scheduling, phone, text and email tools to book visits and reach you. Those providers handle your contact details only to deliver the message or hold the appointment.

Confidentiality terms with providers

Providers who touch your information are expected to keep it confidential, use it only for the work they do for us, and not reuse it for their own purposes.

Legal requests and safety

We may disclose information if the law requires it, in response to a lawful request, or where it is needed to protect people, property or our legal rights.

Ask us what we hold
If the business changes hands

If AR Chimney Pros is ever sold or reorganized, customer records could transfer as part of that change. Any new owner would be expected to handle your information under terms like these.

What is never shared

Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing. We also do not post customer names, addresses or job photos publicly without asking first.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other sites, such as manufacturer pages or map and review listings. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy practices apply, not ours.

Keeping, protecting and limiting data

How long records stay with us, how they are secured and what we do about cookies and children's privacy.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, answer later questions about work we did, and meet tax and legal requirements. When a record is no longer needed, it is deleted or archived. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Ask us to delete your information
Job notes and photos

Photos and notes a technician takes of your chimney stay attached to your job record. They are used to document findings, support a repair scope and answer questions you or your insurer may have later.

How information is protected

We limit access to customer records to the people who need them to do the work, use password protected accounts and rely on providers that encrypt data in transit. Paper notes are kept at our office.

No system is perfect

No website or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information sent over the internet is immune to interception. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will act on it and notify you where the law requires.

Cookies and how to control them

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Ours keep pages working and count visits. Every major browser lets you block cookies, delete them or browse privately. Blocking them does not stop you contacting us by phone or email.

See your choices
What analytics actually record

Analytics record pages viewed, time on page, approximate region, device type and the source that sent you here. They do not record your name, and we do not try to match site visits to a named homeowner.

Browser signals

Browsers and extensions may send do not track or opt out signals. We honour recognized opt out preference signals where the law requires us to, and we do not use site data for targeted advertising.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are meant for homeowners and property managers. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Email us about a child's information
Information that reaches us from other platforms

If you message us through a listing or map platform such as our Google Business Profile, we receive the name, message and contact details you chose to send there. That platform's own privacy terms cover what it collects from you.

Your choices, your rights and changes

You can see what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Here is how.

Asking for a copy of what we hold

Email info@archimneypros.com and ask what information we hold about you. We will tell you what is in your record, such as contact details, appointment history and job notes.

Correcting something that is wrong

If a phone number, address or job detail is wrong, email or call us and we will correct it. Keeping the record accurate also keeps appointment messages going to the right place.

Asking us to delete your information

Email us and ask for deletion. We will remove what we are able to remove, although some records, such as invoices, may have to be kept to meet tax or legal requirements. We will tell you what is kept and why.

Stopping texts, calls or emails

Reply STOP to a text, reply HELP for help, or just tell the office which channel you prefer and which you want switched off. Opting out of messages does not affect work you have already booked.

Colorado residents and the Colorado Privacy Act

Where the Colorado Privacy Act applies to us, Colorado residents may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of their personal data, and may opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will review it and explain the outcome.

How to make a request

Email info@archimneypros.com with the request and the phone number, email address or service address you used with us, so we can find the right record and confirm it is yours. You may also call 720-608-7668 or 720-791-2430 and we will take the details.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. The current version takes effect October 15, 2026. Continuing to use the site or our services after an update means the updated policy applies.
